Security Employment Qualifications

To be eligible for employment, each applicant must meet the following requirements:

High school graduate
No criminal convictions
Must be at least 21 years of age
Good physical condition
Must be able to speak the English language

Must present a good appearance and professional bearing
Must possess the capacity to acquire a good working knowledge of all aspects of contract guard services
Demonstrative of sound judgment and temperament

Interview Process

Each candidate will be personally interviewed by our lieutenants and chiefs. This process gives each applicant for security officer a chance to meet with the management team and go through a thorough interview process.

Health Requirements

All applicants will be required to pass a physical exam. They must be in good health and without physical defects or abnormalities that could interfere with their duties.

Written Examination

Our field training officers use a detailed written examination to screen our candidates. All applicants must obtain a score of 75% or higher to qualify for the next level of the application process. Upon passing the written test, the applicant will be given a final interview by our field lieutenants. The goal of this interview is to review the previous screening steps and further illustrate our policies, procedures, and goals. The decision of whether to hire the applicant will be made after the last interview with the chiefs.

Drug Screening

Applicants will be required to complete and pass a drug test. We are committed to a drug-free workplace and employ a random drug testing policy.
